WHO WE ARE

Tanzania Centre for Public Health (TCPH) is an independent non-governmental organization (NGO) established under the laws and regulations of the United Republic of Tanzania. Its primary objective is to improve the health of individuals, families, and communities by providing care, addressing health challenges, advocating for better health policies, promoting evidence-based practices, and supporting innovative interventions.

TCPH has a dedicated team engaged in various research and intervention projects. The staff have extensive expertise in program design, implementation, and large-scale community interventions targeting behavior change in high-risk populations.

TCPH's multidisciplinary teams include researchers, clinical professionals, social scientists, and digital health experts, working collaboratively to ensure comprehensive and effective approaches.

All interventions are grounded in the best available scientific evidence and are rigorously monitored by experts. Both the research and interventions are carried out in close collaboration with the communities, fostering continuous dialogue and incorporating their feedback for sustained impact.
